The Mandate Group in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State has formally declared its unflinching and unalloyed support for Senator Ned Nwoko ahead of the 2027 general elections, citing his performance, leadership capacity, and people-oriented representation.
The declaration followed a stakeholders’ meeting held in Ukwuani LGA, where members of the group unanimously resolved to endorse the Delta North senator, describing him as a tested, trusted, and transformational leader whose tenure at the National Assembly has delivered tangible democratic dividends to Anioma land.
According to the group, Senator Nwoko’s legislative footprint has been marked by consistent advocacy for the creation of Anioma State, sustained interventions in infrastructure development, youth and women empowerment programmes, and the organization of free medical outreaches across communities.
They further highlighted his vocal and principled stance on issues affecting the Ndokwa Nation and Delta North as evidence of uncommon courage and commitment.
The Mandate Group noted that the senator’s leadership style is driven by action rather than rhetoric, emphasizing that his initiatives continue to prioritize equity, fairness, unity, and inclusive development.
The group added that his representation has resonated strongly at the grassroots level, particularly in Ukwuani LGA, where his efforts have brought renewed visibility and hope.
In its resolution, the group stressed that the 2027 political contest should be guided by performance, credibility, and proven dedication to public service—qualities it said Senator Nwoko possesses in full measure.
Consequently, the Mandate Group pledged to mobilize and galvanize massive grassroots support across Ukwuani LGA in support of his leadership and future political aspirations.
“We stand firmly with Senator Prince Ned Nwoko because he stands firmly with the people. Our support is total, resolute, and unwavering,” the group stated.
The group also called on party faithful, political stakeholders, youths, women, and well-meaning residents of Ukwuani LGA and Delta North to remain united and focused on sustaining purposeful representation that delivers measurable value to the people.
