A ministerial nominee from Kaduna State, Abbas Balarabe, on Wednesday afternoon, collapsed during his screening by the Senate in the Committee of the Whole. Balarabe had shortly finished reading a brief background information about himself and the Senate also suspended its rules to allow its sitting beyond 2pm, when the incident happened. CSU Registrar, Caleb Westberg disclosed that the institution issued a letter of admission to a male.
