A Delta state born human rights activist, Comrade Sheriff Mulade has appealed to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to upgrade old Grammar Schools in the riverine communities to technical/ vocational colleges so as to reduce restiveness among youths in such areas. Delta State government has awarded fifteen roads in Okpanam community in Oshimili North Local Government Area. The Commissioner for Works, Chief James Augoye stated this when he briefed the press today in Asaba.
