The senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti Central in last Saturday’s National Assembly elections, Hon. Opeyemi Bamidele, has been declared the winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Ekiti state. Bamidele, who was in the lower chambers of the National Assembly between 2011 and 2015, scored 94,279 to beat his closest rival, Barr.
