I received with deep sadness the news of the sudden passing of Mr. Sunday Kotor, Senior Special Assistant on Protocol to the Delta State Government. His demise on Friday, March 20, 2026, is a painful loss, not only to the government but to all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
Mr. Kotor was a consummate professional whose dedication, discipline, and attention to duty stood him out in the discharge of his responsibilities. In his role as Protocol Officer, he brought dignity, order, and excellence to state functions, serving with quiet efficiency and unwavering commitment.
