As Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Francis Oborevwori clocks 62, the Head of Service, Dr. (Mrs.) Mininim Oseji, has led the state’s civil service in extending warm birthday wishes to the Governor, describing him as a “worker-friendly leader” whose dedication to public service has positively impacted lives across the state.
In a goodwill message issued from the Office of the Head of Service, Dr. Oseji commended Governor Oborevwori’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of civil servants and his visionary leadership which, she noted, has brought about renewed motivation and dedication within the state’s workforce.
“On behalf of the well-motivated and dedicated workforce of Delta State, I extend heartfelt congratulations to our worker-friendly Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, on the occasion of your 62nd birthday,” the message read.
Dr. Oseji praised the Governor’s passion for inclusive governance and his tireless efforts to improve the lives of Deltans through progressive policies, infrastructural development, and effective administration.
“Your dedication to public service and the welfare of Deltans is truly inspiring,” she added. “As you mark this remarkable milestone, we pray for God’s continued blessings upon your life—good health, wisdom, and strength—to keep steering the affairs of our dear state.”
She concluded by reaffirming the support of the Delta State civil service for the Governor’s administration, joining millions of well-wishers across the state in celebrating his leadership and achievements.
