The Head of Service of Delta State, Dr. Mrs. Mininim Oseji, has pledged to collaborate with the Delta Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (D-CARES) program to improve service delivery and promote good governance across the state.
Dr. Oseji made this commitment during a courtesy visit by the D-CARES management team, led by the State Coordinator, Lady Dr. Patience Ogbewe.

She emphasized the imperative of strict adherence to the procurement processes established by the Delta State Public Procurement Commission to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the execution of the program’s objectives. Dr. Oseji further underscored the importance of implementing the key performance framework to ensure that direct beneficiaries derive maximum value from the program’s interventions.
In her remarks, Lady Dr. Patience Ogbewe congratulated Dr. Oseji on her appointment and lauded her dedication, efficiency, and commitment to the advancement of the state’s civil service.
Dr. Ogbewe highlighted the range of activities and achievements recorded by the D-CARES delivery platforms, noting their significant impact on communities across the state. She assured the Head of Service of the program’s readiness to explore strategic partnerships that would foster sustainable development and mutual benefits for all stakeholders.
She reiterated that D-CARES is a state government initiative designed to drive economic growth, empower individuals, and transform communities throughout Delta State.
