The immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Dcn Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq., has extended warm felicitations to his successor, the incumbent Deputy Governor of the state, Sir Monday Onyeme, on the occasion of his 61st birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message released to commemorate the milestone, Otuaro described Onyeme as a distinguished public servant, a seasoned administrator, and a man of remarkable integrity whose contributions to governance and development in Delta State continue to inspire confidence and progress.
