The National Association of Seadogs (Pyrates Confraternity), Vito Corsica Deck (covering Aniocha/Oshimili and Ika Federal Constituencies), is set to host its highly anticipated 2025 Feast of Barracuda (FoB) Lecture on Saturday, June 14, 2025. The annual event, celebrated for its tradition of fostering critical conversations, will take place at the NAS Anchor Point, off Okpanam Road, Asaba, Delta State.

This year’s Feast of Barracuda, themed around the pursuit of practical solutions to Nigeria’s most pressing challenges, promises to deliver thought-provoking insights through carefully curated lectures and dynamic discussions.
Distinguished Chairperson, Hon. Bridget Anyafulu, Esq., Member representing Oshimili South Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, will steer the event, highlighting the importance of dialogue in national development.

According to the Chairman of the Vito Corsica Deck 2025 Feast of Barracuda Lecture Committee, Chukwudi Onyejekwe, Esq. a renowned radical lawyer and Cyber Security expert, the lecture session will feature two prominent topics:
- “How Political Defections in Nigeria Impede the Accumulation of Strategic Management Experience in Government,” delivered by Professor Ben Emukufia Akpoyomare Oghojafor, Vice Chancellor of Dennis Osadebe University and a leading authority in strategic management.
- “The Influence of Fiscal Autonomy on Good Governance at the Local Level in Delta State,” presented by Hon. Dr. Ezenyili Kelvin Obi, Executive Chairman of Oshimili South LGA.

Onyejekwe added that the lectures will be followed by an engaging discussion session led by:
- Dr. Egondu Ikeatu, Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Admiralty University of Nigeria, Delta State (Lead Discussant)
- Dr. Enemhinye Ehigiator, seasoned legal and management consultant (Alternate Lead Discussant)
- Rev. Fr. Kevin EF, respected clergy and community leader.

Onyejekwe noted that the National Association of Seadogs, through the Feast of Barracuda, aims to provide a robust platform for intellectual exchange and policy-oriented dialogue. Attendees are expected to gain valuable insights that will foster effective leadership and governance at both state and national levels.
