The immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State and a leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP ) in the state, His Excellency, (Dcn) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq., has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Mr. Sunny Kotor, describing it as a rude shock.
In a condolence message, Otuaro extended his heartfelt sympathies to the family, friends, and associates of the deceased, noting that Kotor was a committed and dependable figure whose contributions to the political development of Delta State would not be forgotten.
He said the news of Kotor’s passing came as a painful surprise, adding that the late political figure left behind a legacy of dedication and service to the state.
“His contributions politically will remain indelible, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and worked with him,” Otuaro stated.
The immediate past Deputy Governor prayed for the repose of the soul of the departed and urged God to grant his family the strength and fortitude to bear what he described as an irreparable loss.
The late Sunny Kotor was widely regarded as a loyal party man and a key contributor to grassroots political mobilization in Delta State.
