Former Secretary to Delta State Government, and incumbent Director General, Delta State Capital Development Agency, Chief Patrick Ukah, has been elected Council Member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, at the ongoing Annual General Meeting of the Institute taking place at Ceedapeg Hotels Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
NIPR Delta Chapter Public Relations Executive, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq in a statement on Thursday, said Ukah, a fellow of the Institute and sixteen others were elected into the highest echelon of NIPR Nigeria.
Oghenesivbe said the choice of Ukah was overwhelming due to his track record as a team player, top class professional with unblemished leadership integrity.
In the same vein, the State chapter Chairman of NIPR, Mr Godfrey Osakwe, was also inducted as a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, at the ongoing AGM in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

Ogidigi assured that Ukah’s tenure as Council Member of NIPR would fast track the growth of the chapter in the state, while congratulating Mr Osakwe over his new status as a member of the NIPR college of Fellows.
In all, Delta State is in good standing, and poised to take her right of place in the local and national affairs of NIPR to raise the bar of professionalism and ethical standards.
