His name is Chukwudi Nwiwu. He is a member of a 7-man gang including a woman that specialises in luring innocent citizens to their trap by putting up a car for sale on social media.
In a viral video seen by News Hunters, Nwiwu confessed that a lady will put up an advert of a car for sale on Facebook, the unsuspecting buyer will be directed to come to a petrol station somewhere in Ngor Okpala in Imo State for inspection where he (Nwiwu) will go and pick the victim with a car. On their way into the village, their gang members will ambush them, rob the victim and kidnap him.
He also confessed that his gang was responsible for many kidnap incidents around Ngor Okpala and Mbaise axis where victims paid millions of Naira ransom.
He further revealed that one of his gang members has built an upstair and also owning another property somewhere in Portharcourt Rivers State from the proceeds of the crime.
Members of the public are advised to be very careful especially when offered vehicles or other items for sale.
