The Immediate Past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Dcn. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq., has extended warm felicitations to renowned statesman and respected community leader, Chief Solomon Areyenka, on the occasion of his 69th birthday anniversary.

In a heartfelt congratulatory message, Dcn. Otuaro described Chief Areyenka as a distinguished leader, peace advocate, and patriotic son of the Niger Delta whose immense contributions to peacebuilding, leadership, and community development continue to inspire generations.
Reflecting on their years of collaboration, Otuaro noted that Chief Areyenka has distinguished himself as a voice of wisdom, moderation, courage, and unity at a critical period in the history of the region.

According to Otuaro, Chief Areyenka’s unwavering commitment to dialogue, justice, reconciliation, and peaceful coexistence played a significant role in fostering understanding among stakeholders and advancing the peace process in Warri and its environs.
“Chief Solomon Areyenka remains a man of exceptional character, remarkable leadership qualities, and profound dedication to the peace, progress, and development of our people. Working closely with him in time past exposed me to his sincerity of purpose, calm disposition, intellectual depth, and uncommon ability to build bridges across divides,” Otuaro stated.
He further described the celebrant as a dependable friend, elder statesman, and a unifying figure whose life has been marked by service, humility, integrity, and commitment to humanity.
“At 69, Chief Solomon Areyenka has every reason to be celebrated for his impactful life and enduring legacy. His contributions to peacebuilding, leadership, and the advancement of societal harmony will remain indelible in the hearts of many who have had the privilege of working with him,” he added.
Dcn. Otuaro prayed for God’s continued blessings, sound health, wisdom, strength, and many more years of fruitful service upon the celebrant, while expressing confidence that Chief Areyenka would continue to contribute meaningfully to the peace, unity, and development of Delta State and the Niger Delta region at large.
