Immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Dcn. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq. has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, on the occasion of his third anniversary in office, commending his administration for sustaining peace, strengthening security, and advancing infrastructure development across the state.
In a goodwill message issued on behalf of his family and associates, Otuaro described Governor Oborevwori’s leadership over the past three years as purposeful, people-oriented, and reflective of a strong commitment to the progress and stability of Delta State.
The immediate past deputy governor particularly praised the governor’s efforts in promoting peace and security in various parts of the state, especially within the riverine communities, noting that the prevailing atmosphere of stability has continued to encourage development and social harmony.
Otuaro also lauded the administration’s visible achievements in infrastructure development, stressing that ongoing projects across the state demonstrate the governor’s determination to improve the living conditions and welfare of Deltans.
According to him, Governor Oborevwori has continued to show dedication to inclusive governance and sustainable development, while maintaining close engagement with the people at the grassroots.
“As Your Excellency marks this important milestone, I pray that God grants you continued wisdom, strength, and good health to sustain the advancement of Delta State,” Otuaro stated.
He further wished Governor Oborevwori greater success in the years ahead, expressing optimism that Delta State would continue to witness peace, unity, and accelerated development under his leadership.
