The National APC Supporters Centre, South-South Zone, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what it described as his exemplary leadership and commitment to democratic governance following the successful conclusion of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries.
In a statement signed by the South-South Zonal Coordinator of the group, Comrade Mandela Zyon Bomini, the organisation said President Tinubu’s leadership continues to reflect the democratic ideals and visionary governance needed to drive Nigeria toward sustainable prosperity and national development.
The group maintained that the APC remains the most viable platform for sustainable development, infrastructural advancement, and socio-economic empowerment across the South-South region.
Reaffirming support for the administration’s “Renewed Hope” agenda, the National APC Supporters Centre noted that the programme represents a strong commitment to the development of the coastal states and the harnessing of the region’s vast economic potential for the benefit of the people.
The organisation also pledged unwavering support for APC flag bearers across the South-South, describing their leadership as critical to regional growth and national stability.
Among those endorsed by the group are Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State, Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State, Governor Bassey Edet Otu of Cross River State, and Rt. Hon. Chinda Ogundu Kingsley of Rivers State.
The group further called on party faithful, women groups, youth leaders, and stakeholders across the South-South to intensify grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 General Election.
It urged eligible voters to register and verify their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), while encouraging APC supporters to spread the party’s message across wards, communities, and households.
According to the statement, Nigerians should support the re-election bid of President Tinubu and all APC candidates to consolidate the gains already recorded under the present administration.
“Together, under the banner of the broom, we are stronger. Let us march toward a future of renewed hope and collective prosperity,” the statement added.
