It was a celebration of six decades of excellence, integrity and impactful service on Thursday as prominent Delta State government officials paid glowing tributes to renowned journalist, public relations practitioner and Chairman of the Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF), Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
Leading the accolades were the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Delta State, Sir Festus Ahon, and the Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, who described the diamond jubilarian as an outstanding media professional whose influence has shaped journalism, strategic communication and public relations in Delta State and beyond.
In a heartfelt congratulatory message, Ahon extolled Enebeli as an erudite journalist, accomplished public relations practitioner and respected media leader whose decades of professional service have been defined by excellence, ethical conduct and an unwavering commitment to truth.
According to him, Enebeli, who is also the Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Delta State Chapter, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Bel Media Consult Limited and Publisher of Ndokwa Reporters, has consistently deployed his professional expertise and media platforms to champion responsible journalism, good governance, accountability, sustainable development and the socio-economic advancement of the Ndokwa people.
Ahon particularly praised Enebeli’s leadership of the Delta Online Publishers Forum, saying his stewardship has strengthened professionalism, credibility and ethical standards among online media practitioners in the state.
“Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli has distinguished himself as a consummate journalist, public relations practitioner and media entrepreneur whose passion for excellence and responsible communication continues to inspire many within and outside the profession,” Ahon stated.
He added: “Through his various professional engagements and media platforms, he has remained a strong advocate of good governance, development and the advancement of his people, particularly Ndokwa Nation.”
The Governor’s spokesman said Enebeli’s remarkable contributions to journalism and public relations had earned him widespread respect across the media industry, praying that God would continue to grant him sound health, wisdom, renewed strength and many more years of fruitful service to humanity.
