Immediate Past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Dcn. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq., has felicitated with a renowned Delta politician, elder statesman and community leader, Chief Dr. Ighoyota Amori, on the occasion of his 74th birthday.
In a congratulatory message marking the milestone, Otuaro described Amori as a distinguished son of Delta whose decades of public service, political engagement and commitment to the advancement of his people have earned him widespread respect.
